Bananafry

Ingredients

  • 4 Ripe Banana split in to 2 halves
  • 1 1 Cup Rice powder
  • 1/2 1/2 Cup Maida
  • 1/4 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 500 500 Grams Oil
  • 3 3 Teaspoons Sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare a thick batter with rice powder, maida, turmeric and sugar with water (Similar to the batter for dosa).

  2. Heat the oil in a pan and dip the banana pieces into it and fry.

  3. When it becomes slightly brown in color, take out and let the oil drain out.
