- 4 Ripe Banana split in to 2 halves
- 1 1 Cup Rice powder
- 1/2 1/2 Cup Maida
- 1/4 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 500 500 Grams Oil
- 3 3 Teaspoons Sugar
- Salt to taste
Prepare a thick batter with rice powder, maida, turmeric and sugar with water (Similar to the batter for dosa).
Heat the oil in a pan and dip the banana pieces into it and fry.
When it becomes slightly brown in color, take out and let the oil drain out.
