Cauliflower Soup

Cauliflower+Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized Cauliflower
  • 1 1 Teaspoon Butter
  • 1 1 Teaspoon Maida
  • 4 4 Cups Vegetable boiled water
  • 1 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 1/2 Cup Cream of milk
  • 1 1 Teaspoon Cheese
  • 1/2 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper crushed
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil vegetables (beans, cabbage, carrots, peas etc.) in 6 cups of water for ½ an hour.

  2. Strain out and keep aside roughly making it to 4 cups.

  3. Melt the butter in a pan . Add maida and mix well . Slowly pour the vegetable boiled water, mixing the flour smoothly. Cook till the liquid thickens.

  4. Divide the cauliflower into sprigs. Add to the liquid. Cook till soft.

  5. Top with cream and serve. Cheese can be added just before serving.
