Chicken Corn Soup
- 1/4 1/4 Kilogram Chicken(Cooked & diced)
- 1/2 1/2 Slice Onion chopped
- 1 1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
- 6 pods crushed Garlic
- 3 3 Teaspoons Celery (chopped)
- 2 2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1/2 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper powder
- 1 Tin Sweet Corn
- 1/2 1/2 Cup Corn Flour
- 1/2 1/2 Liter Water
- 1/4 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Mix the cornflour in 1/2 litre water and keep aside.
Put the contents of the corn tin into the stock in a saucepan and heat till it boils. Add the cornflour solution and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the salt and the chopped chicken while stirring slowly on simmer. Add some crushed boiled corn and serve hot.
