Chicken Garlic Soup
- 1/2 1/2 Kilogram Chicken (Cooked & diced)
- 2 Carrots (Minced)
- 2 Celery (Minced)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 10 pods Garlic - peeled & crushed
- Parsley as required
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 4 Teaspoons Butter
- 2 2 Teaspoons Flour
Mix the chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in adequate water and boil.
When chicken gets cooked sufficiently, remove the broth from flame and skim fat from it. Process the broth further by consistent boiling method until the consistency of the preparation turns creamy and thick.
Now add flour, chop the chicken chunk into smaller bite sizes and add them into the soup.
Garnish the soup with fresh parsley and serve immediately/hot.
