Coconut Mango Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 1 Cup Grated coconut
  • 4 4 Pieces Raw mango piece without the skin
  • 3 Green chillies (small)
  • ¼ ¼ Pieces Ginger cube
  • 1 1 Teaspoon Small Onion (Cut fine)
  • Curry leaves (1 Sprig)
  • 1/2 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Grind all the ingredients together until all the ingredients are just coarsely ground. Do not grind it to a fine paste. Roll it into a small ball and is eaten with hot rice, idli, dosa etc.

  2. Note:

    Do not add any water.
