Ingredients

  • 10 10 Pieces Fish
  • 2 Onion (big size)
  • 4 Tomato
  • 8 Green chillies split
  • 5 Garlic sliced
  • 2 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 3 3 Teaspoons Maida (dough)
  • 2 2 Cups Coconut milk (or cow's milk)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Fry onions, green chillies, garlic and ginger in oil till onions are softened.

  2. Add tomato pieces and fry for 5 minutes.

  3. Add coconut mild and salt. Boil. Put fish pieces and vinegar. Cover and cook for 12 minutes.

  4. Make a paste of maida with thick coconut milk. Pour in the vessel. Let it cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Pour rest of the coconut milk and bring to boil. Check seasoning. Take off from the fire and serve hot.
