Ingredients

  • 150 150 Grams Cucumber
  • 5 Green Chilli
  • 1 1 Teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 1 Cup Coconut ground
  • ¼ ¼ Liters Curd
  • 2 2 Tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 3 Dry chilli cut into two
  • curry leaves (a few)

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumber into small pieces and cook in salt and water. Grind item no. 2 and add to cucumber. Cook for 5 minutes and then add curd. Low the fire and keep on stirring till it is just about to boil. Remove from the flame. Season it with dry chilli, mustard and curry leaves.
