- 3 3 Cups Maida
- 1 1 Cup Rice flour
- 4 Green chilly
- 4 Onions cut fine
- 3 3 Tablespoons Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Sieve maida and rice flour together. Mix all the ingredients to this.
Add enough water to make a thick batter. Keep aside for half an hour. Make thin dosas. Serve with chutney or pickle.
