Mint Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 1 Ounce Seedless Tamarind
  • 1 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 5 5 Teaspoons Water

Instructions

  1. Soak tamarind for 20 minutes.

  2. Clean pick and wash the leaves. Separate pulp from the tamarind and squeeze out the pulp.

  3. Grind mint leaves, green chilli and onion into a fine paste.

  4. Add the tamarind pulp and salt. Blend well.
