Moong Dal Idly
- 2 2 Cups Moong Dal (green gram)
- 1 1 Cup Urud dal
- Salt to taste
Soak the dals separately for four hours. Grind Urad dal very fine paste and moongdal to rawa consistency. Keep it to ferment.
Add salt and steam in the idli steamer for at least 10 minutes. Serve with chutney.
