Potato Curry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 1/2 Kilogram Potatoes
  • 100 100 Grams Tomatoes
  • 5 Green chillies
  • 1 1 Teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1/2 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 2 Teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 1/2 1/2 Teaspoon Fenugreek
  • ½ ½ Teaspoons Jeera
  • Asafoetida A pinch
  • 2 2 Tablespoons Oil

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and cut into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes and chillies. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add jeera, fenugreek, and asafoetida. Allow it to splutter. Add potatoes, tomatoes, chillies and all the Masala. Pour water and stir well. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
