Ingredients

  • 125 125 Grams Maida
  • 125 125 Grams Sugar
  • 1/2 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • 5 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and powdered sugar together, till it is stiff.

  2. Mix maida, sieved 3-4 times with baking powder. Add vanilla essence

  3. Transfer into a greased baking tray. Bake at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
