Suji Halva

Sujihalwa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 1/2 Cup Suji (Semolina)
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 1/2 Cup Ghee
  • 2 2 Tablespoons Cashew nuts
  • 4 Cardomom
  • 1 1 Tablespoon Raisins

Instructions

  1. Boil water and sugar together. Heat suji in a pan and add ghee. Stir well till the ghee starts coming out of the mixture.

  2. Add the sugar, water syrup and stir briskly until it is absorbed in suji. Mix crushed cardamom, cashew, raisins, and serve hot.
