Tandoori Roti



  • 5 5 Cups Wheat Flour
  • Water
  • Salt to taste


  1. Prepare dough with all the ingredients. Keep the tandoor on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes. Once the tandoor is ready, roll out ¼ thick rotis. Wet you hand, stick the rotis on the inner surface of tandoor and close the tandoor.

  2. After 2 minutes rotis fall off the lid. Take out and serve hot with paneer kurma.
