Tomato Cream Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 cups cut fine Tomatoes
  • 2 2 Tablespoons Flour (maida)
  • 1 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 1 Slice Onion
  • 2 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 1 Teaspoon Pepper powder
  • 2 pods Garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a saucepan.

  2. Now put the other ingredients in a grinder or in a blender and process till smooth.

  3. Remove the lid and slowly pour the hot milk to it and blend once.

  4. Pour the entire mixture into a vessel and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.

Nutrition: If you need only the juice you can strain the mixture after you blend it in a mixer grinder and then pour milk into it.
